| iAlertYou was created by a Web Systems Engineer whose job responsibilities included operational monitoring of alerts coming from a wide variety of sources. These sources included Operating System Monitoring (Nagios and SiteScope), Database Monitoring (MOM), Real User Monitoring (Truesight), Log Monitoring (Splunk), and Application Performance Monitoring (Keynote, Gomez, WebMetrics and Panorama). Each of these tools provides their own method of managing alert contacts, schedules, maintenance windows, and more with the end result being operations personnel having to log into multiple sources for trivial changes; wasting your companies valuable time. Some of these tools weren't even capable of time-based alert routing of messages. iAlertYou solves this operations nightmare by providing an intuitive user interface that allows you to configure, view, and monitor all of your alerts from a single location. |

Step 1: Create an account.
Step 2: Define your contacts.
Step 3: Assign your contacts to an alert schedule.
Step 4: Change all of your alerts to send to <alertname>@<username>.ialertyou.com.
It's that simple! Your alerts will now be sent to the right person at the right time, you can manage all of your maintenance windows from a single place, and you now have a single window to view all of your alert history.
